File a Claim

We’re sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your shelter. The following information is required to submit a claim. If you are submitting a claim for more than one shelter, please fill out the form and submit photos for each building. Combined claims will not be processed.

To review our warranty and what is covered, please visit:

  • Please attach all necessary photos to the end of this form.
  • Please note: if your claim is approved, we typically perform in-house warranty work on Fridays.
  • Please note: if your claim is approved, vehicle access to the shelter is required.

    The following 5 photos are required: front, back, left side, right side, damage.
    An additional 3 photos can be included if desired.
